Locating an Existing Policy in the Agent Portal

To locate an existing policy in the Agent Portal:

  1. On the left-hand side of the portal, select the Policies icon.
  2. Search for a customer by entering their name or email address in the search bar.
  3. Click View to open the policy details page.
