Automatic payment dates can now be customized!

As part of our continued effort to provide you and your customers with the best experience possible, we’ve enhanced the customer app and the Agent Portal to allow the automatic payment dates to be changed.

In the mobile app, your customers can click on “Scheduled Payment” to open that section where they can select a different automatic payment date* that works best for them. You can also make this change to the policy directly from the Clearcover agent portal.

Note: Changing the autopay date is different from changing a payment plan.

*Selecting an autopay date after your customer’s monthly bill is due may result in the requirement of making two payments in one month. This ensures that your customers are always ahead of their due date in the event they need more time to make a payment without penalty.
