We are able to exclude drivers on policies in eligible states.
If a driver is excluded when you are quoting a customer from the portal, the customer will receive an email that contains an excluded driver form. They must sign that form in order to process their excluded driver endorsement.
Please Note:
- We are unable to exclude drivers for customers who live in Indiana, Kentucky, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
