We're sorry to say that it's not possible to stop your automatic payment from being made. However, we hope it helps to know that if we're unable to process your payment at the scheduled time, we will not immediately cancel your policy. If you miss a payment, Clearcover will mail you a letter and email you to notify you of your forthcoming Cancellation Date. The Cancellation Date will be 10-12 days from when you missed the payment.
If you make your payment by the Cancellation Date in the messages that we send you, then your policy will remain active. You can make a payment through the Clearcover app or by contacting one of our Customer Advocates through in-app chat or phone (1-855-444-1875).
