Considering the challenges that many of our customers are facing due to COVID-19, staying true to this vision is more critical today than ever.
Although we issued rebates due to COVID-19 in other states where Clearcover operates, none are being made in California because the premium rates charged to our California customers are insufficient. In other words, California customers were charged too little for their coverage, so there is nothing to refund or credit at this time.
