Filing a claim if you're not a Clearcover customer

If you were in an accident with a Clearcover driver and need to file a claim, you can do so on our website. Click “Get Started” under “I’m not a Clearcover customer”. Answer a few questions, snap a few photos, and we’ll take it from there. 

To expedite the process, it helps if you're able to collect the following information:

  • Clearcover policyholder’s name
  • Clearcover policy number
  • Incident date
  • Any police reports
  • Vehicles involved
  • The incident location, date, and time
  • Any contact information on who was involved
