If you do not complete the Vehicle Setup process in the mobile app, you may be at risk of coverage changes on your vehicle(s). Please read below for more information on the vehicle setup process.
You will need to submit the following videos of your vehicle(s):
- Front of the vehicle
- Back of the vehicle
- All four corners of the vehicle
- Odometer
You will need to follow these steps for Uploading Vehicle Videos:
- Open the Clearcover Mobile App.
- You will be prompted to begin the vehicle inspection process. Note: you will need to enable location services and access to your camera to complete the upload.
- Follow the prompts to upload the videos.
- After following the prompts in the app, you will be able to submit the videos for review.
- Once the photos are submitted, our team will review them and follow up if necessary.
