If you have Roadside Assistance on your policy, you can use it 24/7, anywhere in the U.S. You’ll get real-time updates, GPS tracking, and estimated arrival times directly through HONK’s technology.
Roadside Assistance does not apply to rental cars or non-owned vehicles.
Roadside Services included:
- Towing
- Battery jump-starts
- Fuel, oil, or water delivery (the cost of these supplies may not be included and may be charged separately)
- Flat tire changes
- Lock-out service
- Towing from entrapment (snow, mud, water, or sand) within 10 feet of a road or highway
How towing works
Depending on your policy and coverage, your tow may be:
- Covered to the nearest qualified repair facility, or
- Covered up to a specific dollar amount, such as $50 or $75
If you request to be towed beyond what your coverage includes, you may be responsible for any additional cost.
