Uploading Documents

Clearcover does not support uploading externally signed documents to a policy.

How Signatures Are Completed

Any document that requires a signature must be completed through Dropbox Sign. When a document is sent for signature:

  • The customer must review and sign the document directly in Dropbox Sign.
  • Once the document is fully signed, it will automatically update and become available in the Policy Documents section.
  • No additional action is needed to upload or attach the signed document.

What Is Not Supported

We do not accept:

  • Documents that are downloaded, signed manually, and then uploaded
  • Scanned copies or photos of signed documents
  • Signed documents sent via email or other file-sharing methods

If a document requires a signature, it must be completed within Dropbox Sign for it to be valid and properly recorded on the policy.
