While we would hate to see you leave Clearcover, self-service cancellation is available 24/7 via chat on the Clearcover Mobile App. You can also cancel via phone by calling from the phone number on your policy. You can only choose same-day or future effective cancellation dates.
Here are some instructions about how to self-service for cancellations in the mobile app:
Tap the ? (Help) icon in the top right corner of the app.
Select Chat now.
Type Cancellation in the chat.
Follow the prompts to choose your preferred cancellation effective date.
Canceling your renewal
If you're considering not renewing your policy, please initiate the cancellation process before the end of your current term.
