You can access your auto policy documents and proof of insurance or ID cards in the Clearcover app.
Accessing your Clearcover ID cards
- Open the Clearcover app to the Home screen.
- Look beneath the digital bard at the top of the Home screen showing your vehicle and policy info.
- Tap View Proof of Insurance to view, email, text, or save a copy of your insurance card.
To access other policy documents (e.g., declarations page, policy contract):
- In the lower-right corner of the menu, tap Policy.
- In the upper-right corner, tap Documents.
- Tap the document of your choice, which opens a menu to save, text, or email the document.
** Please be advised that there may be a brief delay in the appearance of new documents after a policy update. We kindly ask for your patience as our systems refresh to reflect the changes.
