IVANS Policy Downloads

Clearcover offers daily policy downloads through IVANS for agencies that use an Agency Management System (AMS) and have an active IVANS account. This allows your agents to automatically view Clearcover policy data directly within your AMS.

Note: Pending renewals and pending cancellations are not included in IVANS downloads.

 

How to Enroll in Policy Downloads

Already enrolled?
If your agency provided IVANS Y account information during onboarding with Clearcover, you are automatically enrolled—no action needed.

Not enrolled or unsure?
If you are not receiving Clearcover policy downloads or are unsure of your setup:

  • Contact the Agent Advocate Team or your Agency Account Manager
  • Be prepared to share your agency’s IVANS account information

They can confirm your status or help complete enrollment.

 

IVANS IBM Machine Number

Some Agency Management Systems require Clearcover’s IVANS IBM Machine Number.

What Data Clearcover Sends via IVANS

Clearcover sends daily policy data only, including:

  • Policy binds
  • Endorsements
  • Renewals
  • Cancellations

Not included via IVANS:

  • Commissions
  • Claims information
  • Policy documents
  • Quote data (IVANS does not support quote downloads)

 

When to Expect IVANS Data

  • Policy data is delivered daily
  • Available in your IVANS mailbox shortly after 3:00 PM CST
  • Data reflects activity from the prior day
