Clearcover currently supports SR-22 and FR-44 filings for Florida policies only. To add an SR-22 or FR-44 to a driver on an existing policy, a valid case number is required. Filings cannot be completed without this information.
How to Add an SR-22 or FR-44 to a Driver
Navigate to the Driver section for the applicable driver.
Answer “Yes” to Customer notified to file SR-22/FR-44.
Select the required Certificate of Financial Responsibility (SR-22 or FR-44).
Enter the case number and the issuing state.

Visit the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) website:
https://services.flhsmv.gov/DLCheck/Enter the driver’s Florida Driver License number to retrieve the case number.
