Agents must provide a signed ACORD form before our team can process certain requests, such as reattributing the Agent of Record (AOR).
If you don't have the form, our Customer and Agent Success team can send it to you and the customer.
As a reminder, the new producer listed on the Agent of Record form must be a licensed agent appointed with Clearcover. We cannot attribute a policy to a producer who is not an active user in our Agent Portal with a National Producer Number (NPN).
