Viewing a Customer's Policy Documents and ID Card

To view a customer's policy documents — including documents that require a signature — locate their policy within the Clearcover agent portal. Then, you will find their documents on the bottom left-hand side of the policy details page. You can click on any available document to open and/or download it. 

Note that documents that require a signature will only be downloadable until after they have been signed.

At Clearcover, we strive to operate efficiently and reduce paper usage. We encourage accessing documents through our convenient agent portal and mobile app. However, if necessary, you have the option to mail documents to the policy address on file using the 'Mail Documents' button.
