Appoint users in the Portal

Users in your agency with the Admin role will have the capability to appoint/remove users. View our Admin training for more details.

1. Click the Admin icon on the far left of the Agent Portal, select the User screen and then Create User button

2. Enter the user's name, email address, NPN, and role.

3. Select Agent & Admin if you want a producer to access the portal and have quoting capabilities. Please see our article on Agent Portal roles for more information.

4. Click the send welcome email button in the bottom right corner to activate the agent with a welcome email.
