As an agent, you can complete the following actions to customer policies in the Clearcover Agent Portal.

Add a vehicle
Remove a vehicle
Edit vehicle use type
Edit or add a lienholder (if the vehicle is marked as owned, you will need to contact Clearcover)
Edit vehicle safety features
Edit rideshare endorsement
Edit policy contact info including email and phone number
Edit, add, or remove multiline discount
Add a driver
Edit driver details
Add a new payment method (card or bank account)
Manage autopay enrollment
Change autopay date
View past and upcoming payments
Check the status of a payment
View prior policy terms
View renewal term
View documents including ones that require a signature


The following is a list of policy changes you cannot complete in the Clearcover Agent Portal. You need to connect with a Clearcover representative for assistance on the items below.

  • Remove or exclude a driver
  • Add roadside assistance
  • Add alternate transportation/rental reimbursement
  • Change comprehensive or collision deductibles
  • Edit vehicle mileage
  • Edit garaging address
