What Agents Can Do in the Agent Portal

As an agent, you can complete the following actions to customer policies in the Clearcover Agent Portal.

Edit or add a vehicle lienholder (if the vehicle is marked as owned, you will need to contact Clearcover)

The following is a list of policy changes you cannot complete in the Clearcover Agent Portal. You need to connect with a Clearcover representative for assistance on the items below.

  • Remove or exclude a driver
  • Edit vehicle mileage
  • Edit vehicle ownership (financed, leased, owned)
