After you file a claim, your Claims Representative sends your photos to a virtual Damage Evaluator to write an estimate. They may request additional photos of the vehicle to complete the estimate. These photos must be clear and taken in a well-lit area.
After reviewing the photos, the virtual Damage Evaluator writes an estimate and then sends it to you and your desired repair shop. If the repair shop finds additional damages that were not accounted for in the original estimate, the body shop will submit a request to cover additional repair charges.
