If you cancel your policy and you’ve paid for a full month of term of coverage, you may get a refund. This is called a refund of unearned premium—basically, money back for unused days of coverage.
We’ll automatically send the refund to your last payment method. If that doesn’t work (for example, if your card is expired or you closed that bank account), we’ll mail a check to the address on file.
Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to arrive.
You can check if a refund has been issued in the Clearcover mobile app under the Recent Transactions section.
