How Refunds Are Returned
If a refund is due, it is automatically issued to the last payment method used on the policy.
If the refund cannot be delivered to that payment method (for example, if the card is expired or the bank account is closed), a check will be mailed to the mailing address on file.
How to Check If a Refund Has Been Issued
Customers can confirm whether a refund has been issued by opening the Clearcover mobile app and checking the "Recent Transactions" section.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in the customer’s bank account or mailbox after they are issued.
