If there have been multiple failed payment attempts using a bank account, you may be required to switch to a different payment method, such as a debit or credit card, for future payments.
Important things to know:
Bank account (ACH) payments may become unavailable after multiple failed attempts
Debit or credit cards can be used instead
Prepaid cards are not accepted as a payment method
You can add a new payment method and make a payment through the Clearcover mobile app, or by using the Make a Payment button on our website, or by calling 855-444-1875 from the phone number listed on your policy.
