Alternate Transportation (also called rental reimbursement) is an optional coverage you can add to your policy. It provides you with a daily transportation stipend if your vehicle is unusable due to a covered incident.
You can add or adjust the limits of your Alternate Transportation coverage directly in the Clearcover mobile app.
Please note: This coverage does not apply if you cannot drive your vehicle for reasons such as maintenance, service, or mechanical repairs that aren’t part of a claim.
With Alternate Transportation coverage, Clearcover reimburses you based on how you choose to get around—whether that’s using ridesharing services, public transportation, or renting a car from the company of your choice.
